I mainly use them for work purposes. I changed many until I found headphones that I can comfortably talk with. I recommend them. I have already completed six months of use.

After 2 years, the sound from one earphone broke, so I ordered the same ones because I really like them!

I got them from the German guy in my area for 30€. Awesome headphones! They have very high volume, clear sound, excellent bass, and the battery seems to never run out. After 4 hours of gaming and another hour of music, they were at 50% and went down to 49%. I will buy them again and again!

Why do I hear my voice when I talk to someone? Are these headphones so bad or do I need to make some adjustments? I need to know if I should return them because it's impossible to talk and hear my own voice.

Very long cables, nonexistent magnets, do not fit well in the ears, poor build quality, buttons are too high near the neck and it is difficult to press them!

Very mediocre device with numerous disconnections and interruptions during calls. Questionable microphone quality. Battery is extremely average, comfort in the ears is average.

Very mediocre, the connection with the mobile phone is often lost, the cable is very long and you have to constantly hold the microphone in order for the other person to hear you, and the magnets are unacceptable. No comparison to the Huawei AM61, which unfortunately is no longer available.

Great disappointment, these specific headphones are very expensive for what they really are. First of all, the cable is too long, resulting in it being in the way when you bend down to do something. Lastly, they didn't even last 2 months, suddenly they stopped hearing me and I stopped hearing them. Additionally, if you move away from the phone and they disconnect, they never reconnect again.

Unacceptable! CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTING, CALLS ARE LOST!!! I actually bought them for calls, speech. The cable could have been shorter, the magnets weak to non-existent!

I have them since February 2022 and they have served me well. They have amazing surround sound and are easy to use.

I have had them for about 2 weeks and I can say that they work perfectly without any issues.
They may not be the most comfortable headphones in the world for the neck, but they are quite flexible when they move.

Unacceptable. I have been using Sony wired handfree for 10 years for calls and music. My new phone doesn't have a jack port, so I had to switch to wireless. I wonder how Sony launched such a product. The left one makes noise in the bass, the headphones have a delay compared to the clicking sound, they echo. I sent them for repair or replacement to Sony after 2 days, thinking that I received faulty ones. A young person from the service called me and basically told me that the headphones are fine and that this is the level of their design quality. They returned them to me with a courier and went straight to the trash. I didn't expect this from a company that I have been using for so many years.

Very good, I had the wi c200, these are better, I got them for 17 euros, unbelievable battery, fantastic music sound with Spotify, speech, hearing very clear!

And unfortunately, I can say that the calls and music sound below average. Only treble... the bass is non-existent (cuts for economy?). Convenient is definitely not how I would describe the in-ear headphones, but between us, that was the last thing I looked at. Being able to be heard and hear in an outdoor space without needing to blast the decibels, I consider it essential and necessary for headphones. Although I generally hold Sony in high regard and have been satisfied for years with their wired ones. I don't know what's going on... if the transfer of sound through Bluetooth technology ultimately fails. The headphones were returned. The search continues...

Very good headphones for the specific price. I mainly use them for the TV (Samsung) and they are comfortable with satisfactory sound. I have used them a few times with my mobile and computer and they have been told that the microphone does not have satisfactory quality. For the specific price, they have very satisfactory build quality and appear quite durable.

Truly, for their price range, I don't think you can find anything better. Known Sony sound with plenty of bass, balanced mids and highs. The battery is a beast to the point where you forget they are wireless.... They sit around the neck, which is good because it reduces the chances of losing them. They come with 3 sizes of ear cushions (2 extra and 1 on them). They connect seamlessly with my computer, which has a Bluetooth adapter, without interruptions and with my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T 5G). If your budget is very limited and you want headphones with a great battery and VERY decent sound, then these are for you!

The headphones for the money they cost are worth every euro, because I use them everywhere, even on the bike at a speed of 50 kilometers with a bell sound, powerful sound with very nice bass and the battery lasts for 3 full days of use. I have changed many headphones and I know very well that they may not be heard and the sound may be unacceptable, but the Sony ones that I didn't expect to have this sound quality left me very satisfied.

Truly, up until now, it is the best I have tried in this genre. It has a very clear sound, connects easily, and is very durable, as it has thick cables. I highly recommend it!!!

Good clean sound on any device I connect to, mobiles, laptops, TVs, and boxes. Even through the helmet, the conversation is clear without any noise on the microphone. Long battery life (one full day of use). Good music listening experience with full sound for their size, but not too loud within the guidelines for ear protection like most nowadays. Good design, you can easily recognize left and right even by touching them with a small bump on one earphone. I should add that the difference with the c200 is that they have a flat cable that won't get tangled easily in your pocket.

In general, the sound quality of Sony is quite satisfactory. It never disappoints! These are the first wireless headphones I use and they truly provide great freedom.

One area that could use improvement is the length of the cable behind the neck. It is quite long, resulting in the two "bars" hanging low close to the body. As a result, if you lean forward or if there is wind, for example, both "bars" may come off from one side and then you have to fix them again. It would be helpful if there was a clip or something to keep them in place so it wouldn't be such a problem.

Just for this reason alone, I wouldn't recommend them to someone else, but maybe I am just being too picky.

I have been quite satisfied with the use I make of them! I have had them for about a year and they have not presented any problems to me, and the connection is made in seconds! The sound is so satisfactory that many times it is below average! The application is such that it does not let the headphones (earbuds) fall out of the ear when you run or exercise! The only drawback is the microphone, which is in such a position that it receives noise pollution from the surrounding environment!

For speaking, it is a bad choice: The magnets are weak. The cable is very long for no reason, resulting in them not sitting well on the neck. You can hear your voice and generally any scratching noise the cable makes while wearing it. Mediocre fit in the ear. The microphone needs to be close to your mouth, otherwise you can't be heard. I used to have the Huawei AM61, which are far superior and at the same price.

In the features, it states that it is multipoint pairing. Unfortunately, it does not support simultaneous calling and multimedia on both devices. You have to choose which device will be used for calls and which one for multimedia

Very good sound quality in music playback! In conversations, I have noticed several times problems with echo and generally poor cooperation between headphones and microphone... The battery has a long life and the comfort is satisfactory. I don't think they are suitable for exercise, the headphones come off the ears with strong head movements.

In the positives, the connectivity (with iPhone) is smooth without any issues, and the sound is good. In the negatives, the magnets are too weak and sometimes (probably depending on how it sits on the neck) you can hear your own voice from the microphone.
