After cleaning the corrosion (with a brush) from the cable terminal and battery pole, I sprayed the pole and terminal.
We will see if it does the job. I will come back...
Update 3 months later:
About 1-2 weeks after the application, the corrosion reappeared in some spot. So, I sprayed the pole and terminal again. Since then, the corrosion has not reappeared, and it has been 3 months. My conclusion is that it does what it promises, but you may need to apply it more than once.

Αφού καθάρισα τη διάβρωση (με ένα βουρτσάκι) από τον ακροδέκτη του καλωδίου και από τον πόλο της μπαταρίας. Ψέκασα τον πόλο και τον ακροδέκτη.
Θα φανεί αν κάνει δουλειά. Θα επανέλθω...

Περίπου 1-2 εβδομάδες μετα την εφαρμογή, η διάβρωση ξανά εμφανίστηκε σε κάποιο σημείο. Ξαναψέκασα λοιπόν τον πόλο και ακροδέκτη. Από τότε η διάβρωση δν ξαναεμφανίστηκε, και έχουν περάσει 3 μήνες. Το συμπέρασμα μου είναι ότι κάνει όσα υπόσχεται, απλά ίσως χρειαστεί να το εφαρμόσετε περισσότερες απο μία φορές.
