Κάνει αν το χρησιμοποιείς κάθε μέρα εγώ το πήρα πριν 2 καλοκαίρια και έχασα πόντους! Αλλά δεν κρατάει για πολύ καιρό μέσα στ καλοκαίρι χάλασε. Αλλά σ αυτήν την τιμή χαλάλι! Φέτος θα το ξαναπάρω.
