    the genuine toner fixes the printing problem I had where it would produce a vertical white line when I printed text or images it was not an issue with the drum, it was a toner issue from a new toner it would produce a vertical white line at some point on the page and in the end the toner was to blame after I changed the toner the printing was fixed and now it prints perfectly

    It is a bit slow in printing, additionally the original ink cartridges are very expensive and very large in size!
    As for its reliability, it is still too early to evaluate it.
    The scanning function is complicated..........the XEROX I had was easier to use, faster regardless of the reported printing times per page being the same....they are not...., and the HP is also noisier.
