    They are all unacceptable. I have had the air conditioner for 2 years. It didn't work properly for even one day. I bought it online from a well-known store. And when I told them that it doesn't work, they told me that they are not responsible and can't do anything because it was purchased online (from the same store though).
    I then spoke to Carrier themselves. I sent it to them and they told me that if there is a fault, the expenses will be on them. In the end, they returned it to me in a terrible condition as if it was handled by monkeys. They charged me, I don't remember how much. And they told me that it works... And in the end, it's useless. Wasted money and unacceptable treatment from all of them. Stay away!!!

    1. The hose with the hot air needs to be taken outside. It has useful accessories for this.
    2. The unit makes as much noise as an external unit of an air conditioner. In the end, it doesn't bother us during sleep, but for example, you can't hear the TV while having the air conditioner on in the room and someone is sleeping.

    They are all unacceptable. I have had the air conditioner for 2 years. It didn't work properly for even one day. I bought it online from a well-known store. And when I told them that it doesn't work, they told me that they are not responsible and can't do anything because it was purchased online (from the same store though).
    I then spoke to Carrier themselves. I sent it to them and they told me that if there is a fault, the expenses will be on them. In the end, they returned it to me in a terrible condition as if it was handled by monkeys. They charged me, I don't remember how much. And they told me that it works... And in the end, it's useless. Wasted money and unacceptable treatment from all of them. Stay away!!!
