Well, I bought them on sale for 60 euros after my friend urged me to. The first ones I got didn't work, so I returned them and they gave me new ones.
1) The main reason I bought them was to listen to music while running or walking. I tried several times, but it didn't work. It would disconnect or show "disconnected" and take a long time to connect again, forcing me to stop and reconnect them. After a while, I realized I wouldn't be using them for this purpose.
2) While running, the earbuds didn't fit well and kept slipping out. The connection with my phone was immediate, but with my laptop, it only worked once and never again, no matter how many times I tried. It would be very inconvenient for me on the laptop.
3) The case is very user-friendly, but sometimes the earbuds don't fit properly, causing them to stay open. Also, I don't think there's a function to indicate when the earbuds are fully charged, so they end up getting discharged.
4) The buttons initially came off on one side and then on the other.
5) Finally, you might say there are positives, and indeed there are two positives. Firstly, the connection with the phone is perfect, so it has been helpful when I need to use my hands while talking on the phone. Secondly, the fact that you can use one earbud independently of the other is a big positive. Two stars, and I'm expecting an update when I send them for service.
(My friend, who runs 20 kilometers, hasn't had any issues and uses them daily.)

The headphone cap came off after 4 months of daily use, the same thing happened to my friend who recommended them to me. Creative fully covers you in terms of warranty and within a week I had a new pair. In all incoming calls and with both pairs, they tell me that I sound terrible (or not at all), while I can hear the other person very well. If I hold the headphone in front of my mouth, I can be heard, but that defeats the purpose of the product... The most annoying thing is that once the charging is complete, they reconnect through the charging case if you still have Bluetooth on, with all the implications if you don't realize it. "Fortunately," the warranty is renewed after the replacement, but unfortunately, the headphones are of faulty design and low durability as a result. For 75 euros, get something else.

As expected, they presented exactly the same problem. The technician's response is that I am no longer covered by the warranty (unlike what they told me 5 months ago) and that they had been replaced the first time with "good faith."

I purchased these headphones at a very advantageous price (€55) and I can say that I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied. Many have written about the positives and negatives, so I will quickly write my opinion.

+ Very good and clear sound with plenty of bass (personally, I like bass so it is relatively subjective)
+ They do not move at all and I do intense exercise
+ Very good battery
- Obviously, the buttons are too hard to press

**************HOWEVER!!

Because I saw it happening to many people and it happened to me as well, they pointed out the problem to me and it was solved to a great extent (if not completely). After a while, the sound in the right earphone decreased by 80%. It happened relatively gradually, but I reached the point where I could hardly hear anything and wanted to return them.

The reason this happens is because they have placed a black membrane (visible if you remove the rubber protectors) that collects wax and all the other dirt.

I removed them carefully and the sound returned. Obviously, they have been placed for protection against water and other things, but unfortunately, they are poorly made and affect the sound after a while. At first, I thought it was connected to the rest of the speaker, but it is just a protective lens.

I am writing this because I now believe it is pointless to return them because it will probably happen in the next piece I receive.

I believe it MIGHT cause a problem with sweat or wax, but time will tell. Because I personally like them very much, I will take the risk and remove them permanently.

******Note: If you want to remove them, use a very thin pair of tweezers or a dental pick and start from the side, not the center, as you will push them in.

I read all the comments from previous users and I was saddened.
I read about problems, disconnections, poor quality in the caps, and all that...
I have had them for 4 months now and they work every day connected to my PC and tablet, and so far I have NO problems. On the contrary, I am thinking of buying another pair for the road connected to my iPod and replacing my Samsung Galaxy Buds with these headphones.
1. App: The best I have tried so far. The Galaxy Buds and the Xiaomi I have fall out of my ears with every movement, but these are rock solid in place.
2. Sound: Not perfect, but quite good! All frequencies are accurate. The bass is quite good, the mids are just right, and the highs are at impeccable levels.
3. Functionality: I agree that pressing the buttons (which are not capacitive) is a bit painful if you need to constantly change tracks or answer calls. However, you get used to it over time.
4. Conversations: I haven't tried it for calls, so I can't evaluate it. I only use it for multimedia purposes.
5. Connectivity: Both on the PC with a Bluetooth adapter and on my Samsung S5e tablet, it connects instantly and without disconnection issues.
6. Range: Its range is a bit lower compared to the Galaxy Buds and the Xiaomi. At a distance of two rooms, I lose the signal first from one earbud and then from the other... This is the only negative I find.
7. Battery life: Endless... Really, endless!
At 54 euros that I bought them for... I can say it was the best purchase I have made. If their price drops below or even to 50€... then I can confidently say I would buy them to replace my Galaxy Buds.

When I lost my Galaxy Buds and during Black Friday, I ordered another pair of these headphones.
Even though I found my buds the same day, I didn't cancel the order. Really, after 6 months with the Creative, I was completely satisfied regarding the connection with my PC and Tablet.
After using them on the go, I can say the following: The sound is excellent. (compared to my Galaxy Buds). Full bass and highs where needed, but this is ONLY for music. Unfortunately, for listening to my audiobooks, the Galaxy excels because it produces more mid frequencies for the voice compared to the Creative, which is full of bass.
PROS: On iPhone and iPod, they respond better than the Galaxy Buds regarding the button functions.
CONS: Unfortunately, for those who will use them on a motorcycle while wearing a helmet, they will struggle quite a bit. They are indeed bulky, and the result will be that the helmet presses the buds and they painfully dig into their ears. And not only that. The sound isolation will be good, but the air that passes through the helmet will be equally strong, causing one to lose the enjoyment of the sound.
GENERAL OPINION: Without getting into the comparison with the Samsung Galaxy Buds, I will only talk about the Creative.
1. Their sound is amazing. Deep bass and correct highs. The best for listening from a computer. Even in video games, it is a pleasure. No sound delay and perfect listening for movies.
2. They are not comfortable for those who wear helmets.
3. Unfortunately, they have a short range. They disconnect if someone moves more than 6-7 meters away from their phone.
4. They are suitable and amazing ONLY for listening to music. There, yes, they are delightful.
5. Their battery life is well above average.
You wear them and think you have put on closed-back headphones. Perfect noise isolation and full sound without distortions.
Ideal for walking, running, and exercising. Not for anything more than that.
My rating remains the same. Very good sound for music and movies, but unsuitable for all activities.

Positive
1. Sound quality in music, excellent.
2. Battery life is endless.
3. Fit in my ears very well.
4. Volume is very loud.

Negative
1. During conversations, they are affected by external noise as they do not have ANC.
2. Buttons are not touch-sensitive and are quite hard.
3. The left one broke within the first 10 days, completely losing the treble. They were replaced in the store, so I cannot say if it was a coincidence or if they are unreliable in the long run, time will tell. I have had a faulty phone before, replaced it with the same model, and the second one lasted for 4 years. However, you can't call it positive.

I simply laugh at the stores that ask for 120 euros... Without ANC, without touch buttons.
At the price of 75 euros that I bought them, I would say it is a decent purchase. They neither impressed me nor disappointed me. Definitely not a value for money purchase. I am a bit concerned about their durability... Hence the low rating.
Now, at the price of 60 euros on offer, yes, I recommend them without hesitation.
Personally, they cover 90% of my needs because I mainly use them to listen to music from my phone.
Regarding connectivity, the first defective pair had some confusion when switching from left to right, but the second pair had no issues at all. As soon as one of the earbuds is taken out of the case, it connects before you put it in your ear, and the other one follows suit. Whichever one you put back in the case, the other one remains connected. Something I didn't like... If the phone rings and it's in the case and you take one out, it automatically connects and answers the call, while with my previous headphones, they would connect automatically but I had to answer the call myself.

After two weeks... They broke again. Both earbuds lost the treble and half of the volume... No, I will not try a third pair. It's a shame because when they were working, they were excellent

My impressions so far are that they have very good sound and fast connectivity. The only thing that concerns me is that they have some interruptions when playing music for fractions (it may be due to the Bluetooth of the phone, I don't know).
Also, when I opened the box, the headphones had some kind of oil on them and smelled strange. I don't know if it's from their mechanism inside and if it needs replacement to avoid future issues. I will come back with a comment to see about battery life, calls, and material durability.

During calls with the headphones, my interlocutor either can't hear me at all, which is the most common, or at best, they can hear me with great difficulty as if I am in a faraway place.
I may have received defective ones, so I will contact the company I bought them from for a replacement.

The previous ones were indeed problematic, and today I received the same new ones again. For now, they work very well both in music and call quality and sound. They don't have any interruptions or disconnections for now, and I hope it stays that way

Their sound is very clear and has good bass.
Their battery life is enormous.
They are resistant to moisture and sweat, which is not common in earbuds.
They are lightweight and have a very good fit without causing discomfort or the risk of falling out of the ear.
They connect instantly and do not have any issues with disconnections. Instant disconnections only occur when I need to go to a neighboring room. In a test we conducted in an open space, we had to move about 40 meters away for them to disconnect from each other!
For calls, either one of the two can be connected, which is convenient for those who are used to wearing only one or when one of the two is out of battery. At some point, we tried connecting them to separate devices, one for speech, and they connected without any problem.
They automatically disconnect from the mobile when I put them in their case for charging, as long as they are not out of battery.

The microphone would be better if it had noise cancellation. Sometimes my callers complain that they can't hear me very clearly. This mainly happens when I am in open spaces with moderate noise. However, there is no problem in closed spaces.
They do not have the ability to connect to multiple devices, so when I want to connect them to my laptop, I have to disconnect them from my mobile. It doesn't bother me, but it would be more practical if they had this capability.
While normally they disconnect from the mobile when I put them in their case, if the case is out of battery, they continue to stay connected, resulting in not only their battery draining, but also no communication when I answer a call from the phone. Fortunately, this is not common because the case is sufficient for 2 full charges of both earbuds, so at least a little battery is almost always available!

Today, 24/03, after 2 months of use, the button of the right earbud broke and I have to go through the process of replacement/repair.

In general, I am very satisfied with the earbuds and use them very often, sometimes for hours. The only thing that concerned me is that they developed a defect very quickly. They will definitely replace/repair it due to warranty, but I hope I just happened to get a faulty batch and won't have the same problem again after 2 months.

P.S.: Before purchasing them, take a look at the official website of Creative Europe, as they often offer them at a good price.

31/03/20 They sent me a prepaid return label.
09/04/20 I returned the faulty ones.
24/04/20 I received the new ones (fortunately, it was a replacement and not a repair).
29/04/21 Another replacement was made due to the same defect, very poor quality, I would not recommend them!

They are not cheap, but still, I consider them value for money. Their main advantage is advertised as the battery life, which is one of the best, if not the best. But their sound is also very good, I don't see any difference in sound quality compared to wired headphones that cost €20-30.
Their fit is excellent, they have never moved from their position and they fit even under a helmet, at least for me. At first, they bothered me until I found the right position, but now I don't feel them anymore. They isolate perfectly from external sounds if they fit well in the ears, but be careful because this can be dangerous on the road, leave some room for external sounds to reach your ears.
No complaints about call quality either, I speak normally and no one has complained that they can't hear me. Their only drawback for me is that the buttons are somewhat hard, they require some pressure, but their functionality is so useful that it's worth it. I don't want to deduct a star from the rating just for this.
They don't have any delays in video playback. You turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and by the time you put them in your ears, they have connected and are working, no need for opening/closing or any other action.
Functionally, they are excellent, with a long battery life, and the only thing left is the sound quality in music, which is good enough for me. When I want to listen to serious music, I won't use wireless anyway. Their price may seem somewhat high, but I believe it's a smart choice.
Ten days later, my excellent impressions remain. I will just note that they are too slippery, I have already dropped them three times while taking them out of my ears.

Update 1 year later: I have bought two pairs. The first one broke in the first month, I considered it a random event, sent them back, and they replaced them. Now, one year later, the second pair has also broken in the exact same way. And these are also going for replacement. Creative's RMA is consistent, but having two out of two problematic pairs is a very bad percentage.
