For as long as I used it, I did not encounter any problems except for the door hinge which broke and can probably be fixed. It was replaced with a stove.

The large eye broke after 4 years of use. Before this, I had not encountered any problems with the device.

Do not buy it, the oven produces heat not at the temperature you set it but at a much lower temperature, resulting in problems. Also, the glass broke once and my house's general electricity has gone out at least twice due to overheating and steam from the oven and its internal materials. The insulation rubber around the oven door is almost detached and it is very likely that the door hinges will break after some use, just like what happened with my previous Davoline oven, except that the Futura had only this issue.

In the 2-month period, there was a material defect, I boiled an egg on the small eye and it made a crack (the surface somehow melted, not the eye but the material next to the eye). The worst part is that as time goes by, this crack gets bigger and even without using the small eye again. I suppose it opened due to the heat and expands regardless of the function of the eye since the whole device heats up when baking in the oven. I will take it to the company to see what will happen and I hope they will replace it, I don't have any time to waste...!
