The GIGAWATT PC-2 EVO+ is a technologically advanced, next-generation power distributor, designed for the supply and protection of Hi-Fi and Hi-End audio-video systems. This distributor effectively protects against interference and surges present in the home electrical grid, while simultaneously ensuring a significant improvement in the audio and video quality of the devices connected to it.

Construction
All internal components of the distributor are enclosed in a sturdy, copper-aluminum casing, supported by anti-vibration feet made of solid, anodized aluminum, with a proprietary rubber layer of 3.5mm thickness.
The front surface of the distributor is made from a thick plate of aerospace-grade aluminum. Its surface is brushed, following precision milling, and then anodized in black or silver.
The PC-2 EVO+ features six high-quality power sockets, proprietary to GigaWatt, with large surface contacts. The brass contacts of the sockets have undergone a technical silver-plating process without the use of intermediate metals, such as copper or nickel, which could introduce unwanted series resistance and voltage loss. The increased surface area of the contacts and the thick layer of silver ensure good contact with the plug terminals. The sockets have been cryogenically treated and demagnetized additionally.
The proper functioning of the unit is indicated by a white LED positioned on a display in the center of the front. The distributor is also equipped with an additional circuit that signals incorrect connection to the electrical network. Its action is indicated by a red LED on the rear of the unit, which signals incorrect polarity of the device or faulty grounding.
