    It has many settings to bring it where it should be, it doesn't burn, completely silent, etc..

    However, a new machine and once a year something will break. 1st year the igniter (it exploded inside the chimney at night and flames were coming out), 2nd year leaks in the AC from the ventilation, 3rd year we'll see what it will produce.. Get something better.

    Fortunately, the service is skilled and prompt.

    I have it for 3 months..hot water in 6-7 seconds..easy handling with the advanced thermostat..it has an external sensor to better adjust the temperature inside..as for durability etc I have no opinion..it will show in the long run..I chose outdoor because the previous one was eating cold and water and broke earlier (burned the circuit board)..I preferred it over getting a regular boiler and putting special covers or sealing the cabinet..it works flawlessly up to -15 degrees, saving energy..
    Edit: after almost 2 years, no issues, it continues to perform satisfactorily
