The Great Wine of Skoura Estate is a historic wine for the Nemea region, as it was the first attempt to blend Agiorgitiko with Cabernet Sauvignon, introducing a category of wines known as "Super Nemea". The color is deep and intense purple. The nose is deep, concentrated, complex, and elegant. Aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black currant, along with spicy notes, tobacco, and hints of leather, compose the nose. On the palate, it is silky but robust, with gentle tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavors of ripe fruits, carnation, black pepper, and a touch of herbs. The aftertaste has a very long duration with tremendous complexity.
