Το Battlefield 3 Premium Edition περιλαμβάνει το κανονικό παιχνίδι. Η έκδοση premium απλά συμπεριέχει και όλα τα διαθέσιμα DLCs που έχουν κυκλοφορήσει με το παιχνίδι, δηλαδή το έξτρα περιεχόμενο. Άρα παίρνεις αυτό και είσαι κομπλέ.
