For further control, a fan controller is needed. If your motherboard has 4 pin PWM fan headers, get some other 4 pin fans and adjust them through the BIOS.

    Completely silent and relatively high quality. Don't expect it to perform miracles. On a computer with an Atom 525 processor, on which a passive cooler with a patent was installed, it maintains a steady temperature of 30-40 C under full load. Power measured at 1.5 - 2W.
