The product is not particularly good. The instructions say to open it 10 minutes before use, so I assumed it would be very hot. However, it barely heats up at all. It is lukewarm on the 6th level, and in order to feel enough warmth, you have to keep your feet still for an hour.
Compared to the previous one I had, which was silver crest, it is very mediocre.
