Μπορεί κάποιος/κάποια να μας πεί πως ανταποκρίνεται το μιξεράκι σε ζύμες για πίτες, τάρτες, ψωμιού κυρίως, δηλαδή για 'σκληρές' ζύμες? Ευχαριστώ.

Αγόρασα προσφατα το μίξερ κ παρατήρησα οτι με τον αναδευτήρα (αυγοδάρτη) δεν γυρίζει ο κάδος του οταν χρησιμοποιείται δηλ ειναι σε ενα σταθερό σημέιο και επίσης είναι αρκετά ψηλά στον κάδο και τα υλικά δεν ανακατευονται καθολου. Μηπως γνωριζει καποιος κατι να με βοηθήσει? Ευχαριστώ.
Το χρησιμοποίησα πρόσφατα και παρατήρησα το ίδιο (ο κάδος όμως γυρίζει) για αυτό τα χτύπησα με τα κλασσικά "χτυπητηρια" και έγινε σε χρόνο dt.
