Very hard and it gives off a lot of heat from the first setting, resulting in me waking up in the morning sweaty!

Positives: Heats up quickly. Convenient size. Helps with muscle pain.
Negatives: Heats up too much even on the low setting, so you have to remove it soon.
The plastic has a smell at first.
There is a slight noise when it is plugged in.

At first, it heated up satisfactorily, but after two uses it stopped working and they replaced it immediately, without the packaging which I had thrown away. The second pillow works very well and heats up quickly. I am satisfied.

Good in temperature and large size that covers the whole back, but it needs attention, because mine folded and due to the temperature the plastic melted and smelled, so I threw it away to avoid anything worse.

The intensity is satisfactory, but the smell of plastic it emits is very strong and lingers on fabrics and in the space for hours. I washed the fabric in the washing machine and cleaned it with a dry cloth, but nothing changed.

It heats up a lot, you will need a cushion if you put it to sit, it should be bigger to put it on your feet... anyway, it does more than what it says.

Excellent product at a very good price. It heats in three levels, but the thermostat automatically stops the operation and you feel the drop in temperature. It heats even through clothing. Much more intense on the skin, but I don't think it's necessary. One positive aspect is its removable and washable cover. I have had it for two years and I am very satisfied. It relieves pain from colds - back and waist strains, and they go away in a day or two.
