Unfortunately, I did not consider the bad reviews about the ring breaking and it also broke on me. Although I do not use it regularly, I found it broken on the shelf. I am going to take it for service because it has a warranty, although they tell me it does not cover breakages. However, it did not break because of me but because it is defective, and it is a shame that such a company does not value its customers' reviews

It is better as a hand. If the bowl is secured, some of the ingredients at the bottom do not mix

It also presented to me the problem with the container's ring. Within a month and with only one use, cracks appeared. Unacceptable for a company like Kenwood.

I bought it for "emotional reasons" - I had an old Kenwood model from 1980 for many years.
Very good machine but I found 2 problems:
    1. Noisy
    2. The plastic ring of the mixing bowl broke very quickly (poor quality). However, it works without it.
For its price, it's OK, but maybe it needs a little more research in the market.

As a mixer, it's fine, but after three months it started to develop cracks in the plastic ring of its container. We contacted the company, they told us that maybe the product was defective, but the second container had exactly the same problem.
