While the buttons are large and very helpful for my parents, the ringtone volume is very low. I couldn't hear it well even sitting next to it. In the end, they didn't use it.

It is excellent for elderly people with vision problems and symptoms of dementia. Very easy to use. In the first few days, I gave my mother a little training, asking her to use the memory where I had stored my own phone number, in order to make it perfectly clear to her that simply by lifting the receiver and pressing a button, the phone automatically dials for her. Such simple things are very complex for people with dementia. Also, due to the large buttons on the phone, she can now independently call her relatives from a list that I have created for her, something she could no longer do with her regular cordless phone.
