The previous phones I had were Cisco SPA 50x and compared to them, the Grandstream has noticeably worse build quality (e.g. the plastic feel of the handset on the Cisco is infinitely better), BUT the Grandstream does everything! Its capabilities are incredible and Cisco doesn't even dream of them. In addition to the 20 (2x10) lines that you can monitor with the 10 buttons next to the screen, it even has support for OpenVPN, call sound rules, and number-based dialing and ALERT_INFO based on the phone center.
