Purchased since '18, it works non-stop (we turn it off at night because it bothers my wife) and without any issues mainly during the fall and winter seasons, up until today, no service, although I will take it for a cleaning of its components, no strange noise (only the hum from its powerful fan) as some say, they probably got a defective model, compared to an Inventor Eva Pro 16L, much more powerful and noisier, comparatively sturdier with a larger water collection tank

It does the job but creates air currents even 5 meters away which often makes you feel cold; otherwise, it's fine and as for noise level, I would compare it to an old refrigerator when it runs at full blast. Absolutely satisfied, no problems for over 5 years, and it has been working for over 5 years with only 1 cleaning (along with the A/C / I also do the dehumidifier)

After ten months, I got tired of the back and forth to the store where I bought it, so I decided to get rid of it. I took it for a service check and got it back in terrible condition (full of scratches and more). Stay away from Juro-Pro. Oh, and one more thing, the compressor sounds like a broken record player when it starts. I dealt with it a lot in the end.

After extensive research, I chose this one. I didn't believe that a machine like this would greatly improve my daily life. It has lowered the humidity levels from 80-83% to 53-55% and has changed the atmosphere in a heavily humid and moldy house. Also, the filters and ionizer seem to be doing an incredible job. I will proceed with another purchase from the same company for my house in the village. They won me over with the quality and flexibility of the machine. Thx Juro Pro!!!
