And Little Red Riding Hood asks the wolf, as if she were talking to her grandmother:
"Why, grandmother, do you keep rereading these fairy tales, since you know them by heart?".
Then the wolf stands up and replies in a clear voice:
"To find out who I am!".

"The famous phrase 'once upon a time' with which fairy tales begin reminds me of the other famous phrase, 'abracadabra', because each in its own way puts us in a magical world, a world of emotions, and that is the most precious and useful thing in the process of evolution that we follow as human beings. Unique catapults, they open the way for us to get to know the principles, values, beliefs, customs, and traditions of our culture. [...] My initial idea was to focus a little more on about fifteen classic fairy tales, to briefly narrate them based on the evolution and changes that their original editions have undergone, and then, in a second reading, to process them again. Thus, starting from the belief that there is always something more to take, we will continue to discover the essence of the stories. As an old proverb says, the sack with the flour, no matter how much you shake it, will always produce a little dust in the end."
