We have been using it for two years, initially for heating water and later for warming bottles as a bain marie. The device is simply amazing! On those nights when we all wake up to prepare the infamous milk, there is nothing better than having water heated in seconds! With two temperature options at 22°C and 37°C (body temperature). Forget about the tedious boiling of water, especially if you use bottled water or even better, filtered water. No more dripping over kettles and then checking on your wrist "oh, it's too hot, put it under the faucet" and so on. Your child will happily drink their milk at these temperatures, and even if you are out and want to make their milk, they will be accustomed to their lukewarm little milk and you can prepare it with a little water that you either have with you or get bottled. So, we have also created a very good habit for the child and become much more flexible when we go somewhere. It may be expensive, but I wouldn't trade the hours of sleep and dripping in the pitch-black midnight for anything else! And as the other friend correctly commented, it can be comfortably used with a baby in your arms!
