Users rate the adapter positively, mainly for its easy setup and good data transfer speeds. It’s useful for cloning drives, transferring files, and using a SATA drive as an external drive, while the enclosure adds convenience and protection. However, some users report flimsy plastic or clips, fit issues with the enclosure, and occasional slow speeds or unstable connections.
I connected a Samsung SATA to a Lenovo L480 laptop. For me, it worked without any problem. I have not used it extensively or for heavy use.
It works, just know that, as you see in the picture, it will work and be recognized by the PC or mobile. If you close the lid, it stops working. I want to sand down with sandpaper where the construction hinders the reading device.
UPDATE 07/05/25
I got tired of the case and only use the adapter. It works very well up to today.
All in one, case and USB-C cable included. It does what it promises with satisfactory speeds.
Absolutely minimalist, "bare" accessory, very useful for testing, checking, and installing SSD drives and M.2 drives that are placed in SATA enclosures.
I bought it to clone from HDD to SSD for my Lenovo G500 laptop.
Excellent performance and data transfer.
The case is very useful and stable for converting internal hard drive to external.
Very good quality in relation to the price.
Danger! Just garbage, the USB plug does not go all the way in and comes out easily, so the perfect connection is not guaranteed! The plastic casing does not have internal guides, so the SSD is not securely guided. Never again Logolink and digitalmarket!
It works fine on the PC. However, the transfer speed is low, as if the chipset is not properly recognized on Windows 10. On the Raspberry Pi 4, the power is not sufficient for the proper functioning of the SSD drive. With a different enclosure, the same drive works normally.
The adapter is excellent, with very good and trouble-free reading and data transmission. However, the plastic is quite fragile and there is a fear of the clip breaking.
Very good speed without any lag! It fits nicely on the hard drive and is recognized very quickly by Windows 10. I needed it to clone the existing SSD on my laptop and install the Samsung EVO 970 1tb. I will keep the case and proceed to purchase another SSD for use as an external backup hard drive!
Excellent data transfer speed.
Excellent connectivity.
I use it as a second hard drive, not only for data transfer, but also constantly connected.
I will say only one thing... I have downloaded GTA and it plays without any problem on my laptop... I don't need to say anything else, it's just worth it for whatever use you want
- Excellent data transfer speed.
- It nicely "embraces" the hard drive and leaves no room for any data errors or damage to the hard drive due to poor contact.
That's enough for me. Speed and quality of connectivity.
Beyond that, yes, it has a nice appearance and no, it doesn't have a long enough cable. If you don't have space near the USB port, it's better to plan for that or get a good USB male to female cable.
I have had the product for about 6 months and have used it quite a bit.
Very good choice and good price! It is reliable and I have not encountered any connectivity issues so far.
Additionally, it closes tightly and gives you the feeling of solidity and security of the hard drive it contains. I recommend it
