The Duralit sink is made of synthetic granite, which makes it resistant to impacts and high temperatures. Additionally, it features an antibacterial surface for maximum hygiene, while its cleaning is very simple and easy.

Installation

The installation is inset, meaning it is recessed into the countertop and its rim protrudes. It is the easiest and most common installation for kitchen sinks. Essentially, the weight of the sink is supported by the countertop itself, with some support points at the bottom for stabilization. Sealing is achieved with insulating material, such as silicone, which is placed around the perimeter of the hole, under the rim.

Basins & Draining Aprons

It features a large basin, which facilitates the washing of large utensils, such as baking trays. 

  • Dimensions of each basin: 52.5 x 43 x 21 (depth) cm

At the same time, it has a large draining board with special lines that direct the surface water into the basin, allowing you to place your washed dishes to dry faster.

Reversible

The sink is reversible, which means you can choose its orientation according to the needs and design of your kitchen (i.e., you can place the draining board either on the right or left).

Cabinet

Beyond the length and width of the sink, you should also check the installation dimensions, or cabinet. The cabinet is the required space that must remain empty in the cupboard under the sink, so that during the installation of the sink it can be placed comfortably.

The Duralit sink is installed in a 60 cm cabinet.
