    I bought it two years ago and I don't use it because it burns my hair incredibly after 1-2 uses. I chose this specific straightener because it is "professional", but the damage it causes to my hair is worse than a straightener that costs 10€. I had used it for 3 consecutive days when I bought it and my hair got so burnt that I had to cut it. My friend, who bought it on the same day as me, faces the same problem.
