The Palmer PAN04A is an active two-channel DI box, ideal for connecting unbalanced and high-impedance signals from electric musical instruments to the microphone inputs of audio consoles. It provides a balanced output via transformer and eliminates hum from power and interference caused by ground loops.
Its active switch does not affect frequency response and offers a high dynamic range. In addition to the direct 6.35 mm outputs and the option for signal attenuation at -30 dB, it also features a mono output that merges both channels.
It is designed to be extremely durable, suitable for both stage and studio use. It can be powered by DC transformers from 9 to 24 V or via phantom power when both outputs are connected to a mixer.
