It works as it should and supports many devices. The application is user-friendly although with some errors. Use with Google Assistant without any problems.

It is not good. I couldn't find the right angle to cover the room and the devices there. Also, its software didn't help me, something that made it cheaper, smaller with incredible coverage and smart life software. I have 68 smart devices and I know what I'm talking about.

I bought it from abroad....it's perfect. If you place it in the right position, it controls EVERYTHING. On YouTube, you can find the tutorial TO control your devices...as well as activating ALEXA. It's FLAWLESS. I even connected my ps4 with a special ir adapter from AMAZON and it opens with my voice.

I did not buy the rm4 (newer version) due to its high price and/or negative reviews from foreign forums. It was set up and works smoothly with Alexa. Unfortunately, if it is reset, it loses all settings. In devices where it does not recognize the brand, it does not work with Alexa, only as a scenario. The AC (inventor) was not found, so I created a scenario. It was my mistake for not buying the rm4 PRO because the ceiling fan controllers are actually RF.

It does exactly what it says! If your device is not on the list, you simply press learn and everything works as it should. It really saves you time with any device that has a remote control at home. The only difficulty I encountered was in the initial WiFi connection, as I had to reset it 3 times. After 10 minutes of trying, I connected and it works perfectly!

It is definitely worth it, especially at this price. Pair it with Home Assistant and take your Home Automation to another level. Just be careful: this one is only for IR. If you want RF, you'll need to go for the PRO version.

To set it up, it takes a little time at the beginning as it requires a reset.
You download the ihc eu app and configure your devices.
I have it in the living room and even behind a curtain so it's not visible - it's very small.
I was impressed that it can even reach behind the curtain.
I control the TV, air conditioner, and a lamp that I have.
I got it to turn on the air conditioner before I go home and it works great with data.
It supports all the popular brands. It only didn't have the lamp, but it's very easy to set it up to work with the program it has and it learns every button.
The only requirement is that the place where you will put it has a good wifi signal.

Excellent device.
For the money it costs, it offers an incredibly wide range of device control.
To connect to the application, it takes about 10 minutes.
To connect and use with Amazon Echo and the friend Alexa, it takes 15-20 minutes.

The negatives are that, like all solutions offered by companies targeting devices with many capabilities but also low price, there is a need for "reading" to learn the way of operation and/or the solution to any compatibility problems.

In a few words, an excellent device with a lot of potential but lacking a bit in user-friendliness.

I have had it for a year now and I really never had a problem. I use it with the A/C and the TV. Especially in the summer, it paid off from the first day as I have a love affair with the A/C and there is truly no better feeling than coming home from work and having the house at freezing temperature ready to welcome you. Also, with the scenarios, etc., it becomes a nice game if you have other devices (LED lights, smart plugs, etc.). Finally, I have also connected it to Google Home and with an "I'm coming home" on the Assistant, everything is exactly as I want it when I return.

P.S. : I bought it at the same time as a very good friend of mine who is equally satisfied.

Lost money. Every time you want to manage a device, you have to reset it otherwise it doesn't work. The first time it connected with the first one, I connected it with the AC and the TV, it also connected with the Echo dot, but then darkness. I pressed reset, followed the instructions of the application but it wouldn't connect to the network, sometimes it would connect but couldn't find any device even after repeated attempts. It went as it was from the balcony to the trash can with a three-pointer. I only kept the cable to charge my phone or the PS4 controller.
In short, DO NOT GET IT!

It worked correctly for about a month... I was using it with Alexa for the TV, air conditioner, etc... until I changed the wifi for some reason. And just like that, it stopped working with Alexa. While all the devices appear properly in the app, turning on and off, etc., and even Alexa recognizes them as it should through Broadlink, when I give a command like "Alexa, turn the TV off" the command is not executed. Of course, I tried a hard reset and set up all the devices from scratch... nothing. After searching online, I saw that many people are facing the same issue. If you change the wifi, you can't use Broadlink with Alexa again.
