    The Wampler Tumnus Overdrive V2 guitar pedal is an excellent pedal for rock with a strong and clear sound. In death metal, I use the Amptweaker Tight Metal Pro II, but you can add some solos with the Wampler Tumnus Overdrive V2. If you need a pre-booster, put the JAM Pedals TubeDreamer on a moderate setting and then after the Wampler Tumnus Overdrive V2, add the Amptweaker Depth Finder for harmonics.
