The worst experience with a mattress and company! I decided to invest in a good mattress and spent €700 (already with a 50% discount) on the Modus. This money was not extra for me, and neither is this mattress or the company worth €1400! The 7-year warranty is nonexistent, just to deceive people.
We bought it in July 2021, but due to moving and getting married, we used it for the first time in October 2021, and that's when the problems started! The mattress was defective from the beginning and developed a huge hole in the middle. On one side, you felt like there was a small hill, and on the other side, you felt like you were falling towards the center. We spoke to the retailer where we bought it, who was very helpful, and they themselves took the mattress and brought us one of their own as a temporary replacement! Greco doesn't even do that and charges you for their own mistake in transportation!
Instead of bringing us a new mattress (where is the warranty?), they repaired it for us! They changed the entire top layer, and the hole and the small hill improved a bit, but the hole still remains! Never again Greco, the worst company that deceives you with a warranty that essentially doesn't exist! Unfortunately, it is the only product I bought without doing market research on the internet, and I regret it. I trusted a company that supposedly has a good reputation. I do not recommend it at all, and it is best to avoid it
