I've had it for about a year and I find it incredibly good. It's worth checking out. Every 3 months it needs to be changed in position. The head at the feet, and the feet at the head. NO flipping.

The worst mattress I have ever had, within less than a year it sagged in 2 places and they took it for repair supposedly, after a few months it completely sank in the middle. Their customer service is one of the worst.
When I sent it for the second time stating that the mattress has sagged, they replied that it is the natural state of the mattress and that it is normal (!). I insisted and their technician came and of course took it for replacement.
The new mattress they brought also starts sagging in the center. It's better to buy from another company, don't waste your money!
