    It is cheap plastic overall, and the teeth that hold the strap broke with the first use, which was nothing special. I wanted to loosen the oil cap on the car, the one where we add oil and not the filter. With the same amount of money, you can get metal ones instead. It's not worth even 10 minutes, let alone 3 euros plus 3 euros for shipping!
