      Very good air conditioner in terms of performance. Very poor quality in the plastics, which started breaking for no apparent reason within three years. There was no attempt to come out of their position, they simply break. For the price it was purchased in 2021 at 1400 euros, it is simply unacceptable for this to happen. There is a 30-year-old air conditioner brand in the house (tri-star) whose plastics do not have any cracks.

      Very good air conditioner in terms of performance. Very poor quality in the plastics, which started breaking for no apparent reason within three years. There was no attempt to come out of their position, they simply break. For the price it was purchased in 2021 at 1400 euros, it is simply unacceptable for this to happen. There is a 30-year-old air conditioner brand in the house (tri-star) whose plastics do not have any cracks.
