I have installed over 10 of these lights in a vacation home, a house in the countryside, etc., many of them much cheaper, but I have never seen such a poorly designed product before.
I could write a whole report, but I will simply say that the process took about 3-4 hours, several tools were used, drills, soldering irons, multimeters, etc., as well as some screws and anchors that were not included, modifications had to be made in the end, if at least I didn't want the wires to be visible, etc. As a bonus, it didn't work in the end. With a small and not at all easy inspection later, a problem was found in the wiring in the socket, clearly a factory defect.
