2 stars, because the heads that hold the "barrel" with the needles do not hold firmly, resulting in the "barrel" coming out of the sockets with every use/pressure on the skin.
It's not worth it, buy the heads you are interested in separately, with better quality!

For the wrinkles, I haven't seen any difference, but for the fact that it cleans my face and it looks brighter the next day, that is certain (at least on my skin). After using the roller, I use a face mask, and that is also a reason why it achieves a nice result. The only thing that bothers me is the sterilization process, which is time-consuming, and that from the first use it squeaks as if it needs lubrication, which creeps me out incredibly!! Other than that, it is a very good choice!!!

Very economical, with different heads for every skin need and practical. I don't know if it actually does anything for wrinkles and sagging, maybe in the long term.. but you definitely feel the rejuvenation.

It's the first time I'm using it! I apply a little pressure and it hurts quite a bit! However, I feel my face is more rejuvenated the next day! I do it once a week!

I haven't used it enough yet to have an opinion to share. It is definitely practical with just the change of the head

Good construction. The spikes are real needles and not a disc with spikes.
The handle tightly fits on each attachment and it is a problem to remove it from one to use the other!

Friendly advice for the health of your skin: DO NOT USE DERMAROLLER WITH TITANIUM NEEDLES. It does not benefit all skin types

I have been using a derma roller for years and I decided to buy a new one which, of course, was terrible.
Waste of money!

Well, after 3 weeks of having it and using it 3 times, I have to say the following. The fine wrinkles have disappeared. This forehead that we call, I'm looking for it and I can't find it anywhere on my face.. the contour of the face has noticeably improved.
As a device, it is durable and it seems like it will last a long time.
To tell you the truth, I didn't expect it.
Completely satisfied with this purchase.

Very good price for so many heads that the package contains. First, inform yourself about the proper use of it and the right products that will suit your skin after using it, and I think you will be surprised by the result. It is not a correct application if you bleed or if the area hurts intensely, as it does not require much pressure, nor daily use or immediate exposure to the sun. First, properly sanitize the head (ideally first with lukewarm water and then soak it in pure alcohol) and then apply a suitable product depending on what we want to achieve in each area. And definitely, a period of persistence and patience until the result appears

I bought it and I use it, but I don't see any difference, only redness and irritation on my face. On the contrary, I see more pimples even though I use lotion and cleanse before and after use
