Having purchased this toaster 10 months ago, I have to say the following about its build quality:
1. The screws on the hinges that lift the lid to put in/take out the toast often need tightening.
2. First, the plastic lever that locks the lid in place broke.
3. Then, the plastic parts on the silver handle broke and I had to glue them back together.
4. Finally, the arm broke and stayed in my hand.
When I contacted the company about damages 1, 2, and 3 (with photos), they told me it was due to usage. I am still trying to figure out what kind of usage justifies the hinges coming loose and the handle of a toaster breaking.

As for the toast, it toasts quickly, but don't expect crispy toast.

1. Οι βίδες στους μεντεσέδες που σηκώνουν το καπάκι για να βάλεις/βγάλεις το τοστ θέλουν πολύ συχνά βίδωμα.
2. Πρώτα έσπασε το πλαστικό του λεβγέ που κλειδώνει το καπάκι στη θέση του.
3. Έπειτα έσπασαν τα πλαστικά στην ασημί λαβή και χρειάστηκε να τα κολλήσω.
4. Τελικά έσπασε και ο βραχίωνας και μου έμεινε στο χέρι.
Όταν επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία για τις βλάβες 1, 2και 3 (με φωτογραφίες) μου είπαν ότι είναι από την χρήση. Ακόμα ψάχνω να βρω τί είδους χρήση δικαιολογεί να ξεβιδωνουν οι μεντεσέδες και να σπάσει το χερούλι μιας τοστιέρας.

Όσον αφορά τα τοστ, ψήνει γρήγορα, αλλά όχι μην περιμένει κανεις τραγανά τοστ.
We bought this specific toaster mainly because of its name. It toasts the sandwiches in 1 minute and if you forget them even for a few seconds, they turn into charcoal. After 1.5 months of use, cracks appeared on the plastic cover to the point where you are afraid to continue using it. We contacted the service and they informed us that it is due to our own misuse and if we chose the service, it would cost €23, which is the same price as the toaster itself.... (question: how can the use of a toaster be bad when it is used to toast one or two sandwiches a day in a household...). Conclusion: Money wasted - we do not recommend it for purchase.
Αγοράσαμε τη συγκεκριμένη τοστιέρα περισσότερο λογω ονόματος. Ψήνει τα τοστ μέσα σε 1 λεπτό και εάν ξεχαστείς έστω και κάποια δευτερόλεπτα γίνονται κάρβουνο.
