The MIDIFLEX 4 is more than just a MIDI USB card: In standalone mode, it can function as a MIDI split or merge box. Simply power it from an external power supply and select the desired mode using the dedicated button on the top of the unit. You can use it as a 2-1 merge box or a 1-3 splitter.

The MIDIFLEX 4 comes with a license for Bitwig 8-Track. With this DAW, you can start playing and designing sounds like a professional from day one. Bitwig 8-Track includes over 50 digital instruments and effects for use on up to 8 audio or MIDI channels, and you can use any third-party VST® plugins you may have.

The "Bitwig Essentials" also comes as part of this package, which features a curated collection of rhythms, clips, and samples to help you get started.
