Parallel bars for dips. Ideal for press, opening, and dip exercises included in a crossfit program. Although it seems very simple, with the Equilizer you can perform a very large number of exercises. Ideal for press and dip exercises but not only, as you can work out the entire body. Your body weight is used as the load to work out arms, chest, back, and core muscles. Very sturdy construction with each set of AMILA Equalizer weighing 8 kg. For a more comfortable grip, the iron at the top is covered with foam.

    One of the two legs is not stable.. It doesn't mean that you can't do exercises. It just makes it difficult.
    Also, if someone wants to learn the front lever, I wouldn't say it's the best. It might only help with some pre-exercises.
