1st Stage: 5 mic Sediment Filter
It is made from 100% pure polypropylene fibers, high capacity, and removes impurities, dust, particles, rust, and other sediments.
2nd Stage: Granular Activated Carbon Filter
This is a high-performance activated carbon filter that removes 99% of free chlorine, odor, organic contaminants, pesticides, and chemicals.
3rd Stage: 20 mic Sediment or Activated Carbon Filter
Depending on the water quality, the third stage can be either activated carbon or 20-micron sediment, to prepare the water in the best possible way before passing through the high rejection membrane. The sediment filter is made from 100% pure polypropylene fibers, high capacity, and removes chemical compounds, suspensions, and other sediments that are not retained due to their size by the 1st stage.
4th Stage: High Rejection TFC (Thin Film Composite) Membrane
It separates 95-99.9% of dissolved pollutants, chemicals, solids, metals, bacteria, and microbes from the water molecules (e.g., lead, copper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrites, and selenium). The pollutants are then removed through the drainage.
5th Stage: Post Carbon Filter
NSF approved, the post-filter removes all odors and residues, improving the pH and taste of the water.
6th Stage: Mineral and Trace Element Enrichment Filter
The 6th stage adds trace elements and mineral components to the water that are essential to the body while also promoting better absorption of the water by your body.
Tank
The water is stored in a 12-liter container. Inside the tank, there is a rubber diaphragm that resembles a balloon, inflated with air at a pressure of 8-10 psi. As the container fills, the air pressure increases, and the water is pushed out when the faucet is opened.
Outlet Faucet
The final element of the Aqua Filter RO eco Home Reverse Osmosis System is the faucet installed on the kitchen counter or sink.
