The winery is located in Dafnes, Heraklion, Crete, in a designation of origin zone of superior quality. Vine cultivation and wine production is a tradition passed down through generations in the Douloufakis Family, based on their valuable experience. The selected vineyards and the ideal microclimate at the Douloufakis winery offer excellent conditions for wine production.

100% Liatiko

  • Matured in used French oak barrels for ten years.
  • After harvest, the ripe grapes are sun-dried for seven days.
  • Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17°C.
  • The aging potential of the sweet wine can reach up to twenty years.
