γενικα τι αλλο μπορεις να ψησεις με το συγκεκριμενο;
πίτσα, πεϊνερλί. Λόγω σχήματος και υψηλής θερμοκρασίας δεν έχεις και πολλές επιλογές εξάλλου το φουρνάκι είναι για συγκεκριμένη χρήση. Έτοιμη νωπή πίτσα απο super, θέλει 3-4 λεπτά max αλλά να υπολογίσουμε και τον χρόνο προθέρμανσης περίπου 15 λεπτά. Υπ οψιν αν χρειαστεί να ψήσεις πολλές πίτσες πρέπει να υπολογίζεις και λίγο χρόνο μόλις βγει μια πίτσα ώστε η πλάκα να φτάσει ξανά στην θερμοκρασία (περίπου 380 βαθμούς, θέλει 4-5 λεπτά). Μπορεί φυσικά να μπει κατευθείαν, απλα θα χρειαστεί περισσότερος χρόνος θέλει και λίγο πειραματισμό και παίζει ρόλο και η πίτσα αν είναι ζυμάρι φρέσκο, νωπό super κλπ.
Θα το πρότεινα για entry level Neapolitan pizza enthusiasts ή όσους ψήνουν νωπές από super τακτικά.
