I give 5 stars because it is excellent, the only thing that disappointed me is that we filled it up and it took a long time to heat up the water. Nevertheless, I consider it reasonable because we have it outside at 9°, so what can you expect, it's not professional! Perfect Christmas gift!

From the beginning there was a problem with the air valve. The supplier always responded properly and reliably. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not willing to provide a replacement part. Not a good purchase decision.

Please, I am trying to contact you and I can't. I am abroad and I bought the product for my mother in Greece. The valve is losing air and she tells me that it needs to be inflated 3 times a day. Where can I find a new valve?
