    My hand was hurting for about three months from the elbow to the wrist, probably tendonitis. I couldn't lift anything with that hand. I applied this specific cream morning, noon, and night, and in five days the pain almost disappeared. I will continue until it completely disappears. I haven't tried any other cream with arnica, but this one definitely works. I will order a second one to have it in my pharmacy if needed
