One of the most value-for-money lenses for crop sensor bodies, although in reality it is 17.6 - 25.6 on Canon due to APS-C and not 11-16. Of course, there is a noticeable difference from a kit lens 18-55... Well-built, I would say, it feels heavy and sturdy at around half a kilogram. The focus ring is a bit stiff (for me) and the autofocus, although not the fastest I have seen nor the quietest, is at least accurate. The focusing distance starts at around 30 centimeters and goes to infinity. The aperture has 9 blades from 2.8 to 22, and the lens hood is included. At €450, it is the best option

I have had it for 6 months now and I use it in combination with the Canon 70D. It is very good for its price. It provides very good low-light shooting capabilities (+ in combination with a Sony camera) I believe it will be the ideal combination...
