    Excellent heather honey with a very nice taste and amazing texture. And because I read various things here, heather honey MUST be crystallized (at least in winter) for many reasons.

    If you want, you can heat it to about 40°C in a bain-marie and it becomes clear for a while. For those who love this type of honey, choose it without hesitation.
