Εννοώ οτι είναι πολύ μεγάλη. Στα περάσματα για L sit για παράδειγμα τα πόδια μου χτυπούσαν στην βάση. Η πολύ μεγάλη βάση το κάνει πολύ σταθερό αλλά σε όποια άσκηση πρέπει να γίνει πέρασμα από ανάμεσα χτυπάς τα πόδια σου αν δεν έχεις πολύ μεγάλη κινητικότητα και ευλυγισία
