According to the HMPC/EMA, Ashwagandha contains chemicals that can help in calming the brain, reducing swelling, lowering blood pressure, and altering the immune system.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily before a meal.

1 capsule provides on average:

Ashwagandha root extract 245mg

  • of which withanolides 3675mg

Other ingredients: Bulking agent (calcium phosphates), Ashwagandha extract 27.7% [Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, maltodextrin], capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

  • Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulfur dioxide, and nuts.
