It's a shame they discontinued it. I had been using it since it first came out, and my washing machine NEVER developed limescale, and my clothes were spotless too.

It was tested and then I tried a competitive product from another company. I found it to do slightly better job in softening clothes than the salts. Also, the clothes had a better smell (the smell that is created by damp fabrics in the washing machine until they are washed, like wet socks, towels, etc.), but this is due to the specific composition of the green gel instead of the blue one. It eliminates all odors inside the washing machine.
I deduct one star because of its price. I consider it expensive for only 15 doses.
