It doesn't have anywhere to release the steam, resulting in it staying inside. It then fills up with moisture and gets dirty everywhere. Even the drawer below gets water from the steam every time the oven is opened. This is the first time I am experiencing this. It's a shame because it carries a strong name and in the end, it's useless.
Δεν έχει από κάπου να βγάζει τον ατμό με αποτέλεσμα να μένει μέσα. Γεμίζει μετά με υδρατμούς και λερώνεται παντού. Ακόμη και στο συρτάρι από κάτω μπαίνει νερό από τους υδρατμούς κάθε φορά που ανοίγει ο φούρνος. Πρώτη φορά το αντιμετωπίζω αυτό. Κρίμα γιατί φέρει ένα δυνατό όνομα και τελικά είναι μάπα.
My parents just received it so I can't comment on its operation. I will mention that the instructions were in all possible Balkan languages but not in Greek or English. My nephew had to find the instructions online.

We have been using it every day for a week now. What some users mention about the hot air coming out suddenly when you open the door is true. However, it doesn't bother us. Overall, we are very satisfied and the baking quality compared to the previous branded (and very expensive) oven from another German company that we had and which this one replaced is like night and day. We feel a bit foolish for the money we spent back then (of course, technology moves forward). We hope it doesn't break down on us.

First impressions on quality and functionality are very good considering the acquisition cost. I will update on the rest over time. Since I happened to see the corresponding Pitsos at the same price, its stainless steel sides were like cigarette paper and its appearance was of a cheaper construction. Fortunately, it arrived damaged from another store, I returned it and ordered the Bosch from Skroutz. The official distributor doesn't bring it here to promote the Pitsos, probably at this price. It does have a warranty though, as I registered on the official site.

Ευτυχώς ήρθε χτυπημένη, από άλλο κατάστημα,την γύρισα πίσω και παράγγειλα την Bosch από Σκρουτζ.
Δεν την φέρνει επίσημα η αντιπροσωπεία εδώ για να προωθεί την Pitsos μάλλον στα χρήματα αυτά.
Εγγύηση πάντως έχει κανονικά γιατί έκανα εγγραφή στο επίσημο σάιτ.

Good, but not the ideal choice. Extremely sensitive surface, scratched almost immediately both the metal and ceramic parts of the surface with careful use from our side, without us realizing how.

Unfortunately, it seems to be an overpriced fake. Within 2 months, one button broke. Also, the space under the oven, which used to be considered an air chamber, is made of such fake material that you are afraid to put trays inside for storage. Overall, very disappointed with the build quality given the Bosch name and the fact that it cost 500€. I have extended the warranty to 5 years (from the initial 2) and I am afraid that it won't even last that long.

In the air fryer program, the croquettes did not bake evenly, also the back is open at the bottom, we covered it with aluminum foil to limit the dust. Otherwise, it cooks quickly and cleans relatively easily. Time will tell the rest

3 Αστέρια γιατί επιφυλάσσομαι. Δεν είχε οδηγίες χρήσης στα Ελληνικά και έστειλα μήνυμα στην bosch να μου στείλει οδηγίες και μου είπαν οτι δεν εισάγεται απο αυτούς και οτι δεν προορίζεται για την Ελληνική αγορά.

Unfortunately, it seems to be an overpriced fake. Within 2 months, one button broke. Also, the space under the oven, which used to be considered an air chamber, is made of such fake material that you are afraid to put trays inside for storage. Overall, very disappointed with the build quality given the Bosch name and the fact that it cost 500€. I have extended the warranty to 5 years (from the initial 2) and I am afraid that it won't even last that long.

My parents just received it so I can't comment on its operation. I will mention that the instructions were in all possible Balkan languages but not in Greek or English. My nephew had to find the instructions online.

We have been using it every day for a week now. What some users mention about the hot air coming out suddenly when you open the door is true. However, it doesn't bother us. Overall, we are very satisfied and the baking quality compared to the previous branded (and very expensive) oven from another German company that we had and which this one replaced is like night and day. We feel a bit foolish for the money we spent back then (of course, technology moves forward). We hope it doesn't break down on us.
Τον δουλεύουμε εδώ και μία εβδομάδα καθημερινά. Αυτό που κάποιοι χρήστες αναφέρουν για τον ζεστό αέρα που βγαίνει απότομα όταν ανοίγεις την πόρτα αληθεύει. Όμως εμάς δεν μας απασχολεί. Το ελάττωμα που έχει είναι η πόρτα του φούρνου με τις δύο εξόδους για τον ατμό στο πάνω μέρος της που δεν είναι προστατευμένες κ όταν στάζουν υγρά λερώνει το τζάμι εσωτερικά.
