Am achiziționat un televizor de 43'' în ianuarie 2021. Pe partea pozitivă, are un meniu de navigare prietenos și rapid, fără întârzieri. Calitate medie spre bună a imaginii, dar cu un contrast slab al negrului.
Pe partea negativă, cu 1 lună înainte ca garanția să expire (2 ani), panoul s-a ars. Suportul a fost foarte rapid, deoarece panoul a fost înlocuit și unul nou a fost instalat. Cu toate acestea, după 1,5 ani, aceeași problemă a apărut din nou și de data aceasta nu mai este în garanție.

În general, în 3,5 ani, acest model specific a avut aceeași problemă de 2 ori. Nu l-aș recomanda, deoarece am citit de la alții că acest model specific are probleme cu panourile și LED-urile.

Well today I got the TV and returned it immediately, I turned it on and from the picture it didn't say anything, not to mention the remote control which is completely useless, even I, who have experience with TVs, couldn't use it. Overall, it's not worth any comparison to the Samsung ones we knew

Average. From the image quality, I can say it's good, but the construction quality is zero, like a very slow (and it lags) smart TV, it doesn't have any apps since it doesn't have Android TV software. However, for someone who doesn't have high demands and just wants to watch YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime, it's good. I only use it as an internet TV, I don't have an antenna for air channels (Mega, ANT1, etc.) and it does its job. The apps crash quite often, not when you're watching, but when you try to switch directly, for example, from Netflix to Apple TV, it will crash 3 out of 10 times. The sound is average, you can't call it crystal clear, but it's not completely useless either. It doesn't have any disconnections, I use it with Wi-Fi. And Apple Airplay connects directly.

Quite a good TV for its price of 380 euros, 43'' fast and user-friendly menu. I was also impressed by the speed of its processor, switching between applications from Netflix to YouTube. The sound is very good and the picture is very decent for this price range, possibly the best option available. If it doesn't meet your needs, then it's better to go for the 100hz ones that you need.

For the money you give (360€), it is more than a good choice. The only negative is the remote control that older people will need some time to get used to.

While I received the television on December 4th (meaning I have it for only 1 month), for over 1 week now, when I turn it off, it makes strange cracking sounds, which at first were almost imperceptible, but now they are quite noticeable. In the last 2 to 3 days, I noticed that it also happens when it is turned on (not as intense and frequent, but 3 to 4 times a day). It gives me the impression that all of this is gradually developing... Also, it displayed a green line on the edge twice, as shown in the photos, and then it was fine again...
In addition, it was warmer than it should be and almost burned my entire back (fortunately, this has not happened again so far).
I read that the sounds may be due to expansion and contraction caused by temperature, etc., but I'm thinking... If that was the case, wouldn't it have happened from the beginning? And if it is indeed the case... What will it do in the summer when it gets even hotter? It has become annoying that as soon as I turn it off, it starts making ticking sounds every few minutes for an hour.
We also have a Samsung in the living room for 4 years and we have never had this problem...
Does anyone else have a similar issue?
What am I entitled to do since I spent so much money on the purchase? I have reached the point where I don't even turn it on because of the annoying sounds it makes afterwards. I called Samsung and they said a technician will come to inspect it, but... they usually say it's due to the temperature and leave it at that. What can I do?

Update:
The Authorized Service came and took it for repair. When we spoke on the phone after 2 days, initially they told me they didn't detect any problem, but I mentioned that the technician who took it took photos of the issue, which doesn't always appear, and in the end, they replaced the entire panel of the television. When I received it back after the panel replacement, everything was fine without any issues.

The evaluation concerns the Samsung model 2020 with a diagonal of 43''.

For those of us who want a large monitor in the living room, it has many unnecessary and useless features. What's the point of having Tizen when you have the TV box and you have the whole world in your remote control... Let them understand that we want a TV monitor and nothing more, they should invest in sound and screen quality, which unfortunately the TV lacks, and stop producing dumb giants. I couldn't find a Samsung 40+++ that is not smart.

1/6/2021 I am adding two more shortcomings to the new TV: 1) It does not have the PIP feature that I miss a lot. 2) Although it is hybrid, the red button is missing from the remote control to be able to watch, luckily I have an old remote control and I can watch.

1/27/2021 Even wireless connection with the laptop cannot be achieved, one out of fifty attempts can connect and Samsung does not help if the laptop is not Samsung as well.

The television is vfm, very good in all aspects and faster than the q60 ta of the 19 that I have worked with. The plastic on the back is of low quality but it's okay, you won't be playing with the television. I gave it 4 stars because on YouTube it confuses the letters, meaning that while I'm typing in Greek, some letters, mainly vowels, come out in Latin characters, for example instead of ε e it comes out as α a and so on.

I bought it here a month ago. The white bleeding in the corners and in some areas around is annoying when I have complete darkness in the room! I mentioned it to the store from the first week and even though I paid for support, they played ball with the store technician and Samsung's service in the city I live in! Finally, they told me that it is within specifications and that, you get what you pay for, meaning it is a cheap model. Mercy.. They shouldn't sell these models then! I did the color test for 4k LED TVs through YouTube and noticed a spot in the center of the screen, I spoke to the service, sent it back, and asked for a replacement! I don't see any progress...

Hello for an incredible image and if you see it with HDR with 4K 50 that I personally adjusted, it is worth more than that but it's better to give a little more to get 120 FPS. I am satisfied, you can trust me blindly

The 43-inch was purchased from a large chain for 399 euros. The construction appears to be of good quality, both the screen and the back. The frames around the screen are almost nonexistent. The menu may confuse someone who is not familiar with technology, as well as the remote control. If someone has difficulty with the TV remote, classic Samsung remotes are also suitable for 3 euros, which speeds up the setup process. Sturdy construction, nothing creaks. Flawless connectivity, both wireless and with a UTP cable. The picture is very good (especially in dynamic mode), as is the sound for average requirements. The TV upscales the low resolution emitted by digital channels (both standard and HD), and some things may not be displayed with 100% naturalness. I believe there is no competitor in the 400 euro range in this category of 43 inches.

Very good picture and sound. Quality construction and smart remote control that, although it controls every connected device solving the problem of multiple remotes, does not have 100% of the options of the Nova, so in several functions beyond the basic ones in this case you don't avoid the second handling device. The difference from a Full HD TV is clearly visible for the better of course. At 43 inches and €399, I think it will not leave anyone dissatisfied. If I have to find a flaw, it is the slightly user-unfriendly menu for someone unfamiliar or an older person. For someone who desires impeccable picture with satisfactory sound and quality construction at an affordable price, it is an excellent choice.

Well today I got the TV and returned it immediately, I turned it on and from the picture it didn't say anything, not to mention the remote control which is completely useless, even I, who have experience with TVs, couldn't use it. Overall, it's not worth any comparison to the Samsung ones we knew

Unusable menu completely, the image is strange, hours of settings etc. in vain, sound is distorted on certain channels.....

Average. From the image quality, I can say it's good, but the construction quality is zero, like a very slow (and it lags) smart TV, it doesn't have any apps since it doesn't have Android TV software. However, for someone who doesn't have high demands and just wants to watch YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime, it's good. I only use it as an internet TV, I don't have an antenna for air channels (Mega, ANT1, etc.) and it does its job. The apps crash quite often, not when you're watching, but when you try to switch directly, for example, from Netflix to Apple TV, it will crash 3 out of 10 times. The sound is average, you can't call it crystal clear, but it's not completely useless either. It doesn't have any disconnections, I use it with Wi-Fi. And Apple Airplay connects directly.

Quite a good TV for its price of 380 euros, 43'' fast and user-friendly menu. I was also impressed by the speed of its processor, switching between applications from Netflix to YouTube. The sound is very good and the picture is very decent for this price range, possibly the best option available. If it doesn't meet your needs, then it's better to go for the 100hz ones that you need.

The best at this price (369 euros). Excellent image in movies and gaming and the sound is good for built-in speakers.

For the money you give (360€), it is more than a good choice. The only negative is the remote control that older people will need some time to get used to.

While I received the television on December 4th (meaning I have it for only 1 month), for over 1 week now, when I turn it off, it makes strange cracking sounds, which at first were almost imperceptible, but now they are quite noticeable. In the last 2 to 3 days, I noticed that it also happens when it is turned on (not as intense and frequent, but 3 to 4 times a day). It gives me the impression that all of this is gradually developing... Also, it displayed a green line on the edge twice, as shown in the photos, and then it was fine again...
In addition, it was warmer than it should be and almost burned my entire back (fortunately, this has not happened again so far).
I read that the sounds may be due to expansion and contraction caused by temperature, etc., but I'm thinking... If that was the case, wouldn't it have happened from the beginning? And if it is indeed the case... What will it do in the summer when it gets even hotter? It has become annoying that as soon as I turn it off, it starts making ticking sounds every few minutes for an hour.
We also have a Samsung in the living room for 4 years and we have never had this problem...
Does anyone else have a similar issue?
What am I entitled to do since I spent so much money on the purchase? I have reached the point where I don't even turn it on because of the annoying sounds it makes afterwards. I called Samsung and they said a technician will come to inspect it, but... they usually say it's due to the temperature and leave it at that. What can I do?

Update:
The Authorized Service came and took it for repair. When we spoke on the phone after 2 days, initially they told me they didn't detect any problem, but I mentioned that the technician who took it took photos of the issue, which doesn't always appear, and in the end, they replaced the entire panel of the television. When I received it back after the panel replacement, everything was fine without any issues.

The evaluation concerns the Samsung model 2020 with a diagonal of 43''.

For those of us who want a large monitor in the living room, it has many unnecessary and useless features. What's the point of having Tizen when you have the TV box and you have the whole world in your remote control... Let them understand that we want a TV monitor and nothing more, they should invest in sound and screen quality, which unfortunately the TV lacks, and stop producing dumb giants. I couldn't find a Samsung 40+++ that is not smart.

1/6/2021 I am adding two more shortcomings to the new TV: 1) It does not have the PIP feature that I miss a lot. 2) Although it is hybrid, the red button is missing from the remote control to be able to watch, luckily I have an old remote control and I can watch.

1/27/2021 Even wireless connection with the laptop cannot be achieved, one out of fifty attempts can connect and Samsung does not help if the laptop is not Samsung as well.

Purchase for the living room. Very high-quality image, good and powerful sound. The viewing experience from a side position is very good. Connecting to the internet with a mobile device and browsing through the TV's interface is very fast and immediate. Excellent television.

The television is vfm, very good in all aspects and faster than the q60 ta of the 19 that I have worked with. The plastic on the back is of low quality but it's okay, you won't be playing with the television. I gave it 4 stars because on YouTube it confuses the letters, meaning that while I'm typing in Greek, some letters, mainly vowels, come out in Latin characters, for example instead of ε e it comes out as α a and so on.

I bought it here a month ago. The white bleeding in the corners and in some areas around is annoying when I have complete darkness in the room! I mentioned it to the store from the first week and even though I paid for support, they played ball with the store technician and Samsung's service in the city I live in! Finally, they told me that it is within specifications and that, you get what you pay for, meaning it is a cheap model. Mercy.. They shouldn't sell these models then! I did the color test for 4k LED TVs through YouTube and noticed a spot in the center of the screen, I spoke to the service, sent it back, and asked for a replacement! I don't see any progress...

Hello for an incredible image and if you see it with HDR with 4K 50 that I personally adjusted, it is worth more than that but it's better to give a little more to get 120 FPS. I am satisfied, you can trust me blindly

The 43-inch was purchased from a large chain for 399 euros. The construction appears to be of good quality, both the screen and the back. The frames around the screen are almost nonexistent. The menu may confuse someone who is not familiar with technology, as well as the remote control. If someone has difficulty with the TV remote, classic Samsung remotes are also suitable for 3 euros, which speeds up the setup process. Sturdy construction, nothing creaks. Flawless connectivity, both wireless and with a UTP cable. The picture is very good (especially in dynamic mode), as is the sound for average requirements. The TV upscales the low resolution emitted by digital channels (both standard and HD), and some things may not be displayed with 100% naturalness. I believe there is no competitor in the 400 euro range in this category of 43 inches.

It works like the first day.

Very good picture and sound. Quality construction and smart remote control that, although it controls every connected device solving the problem of multiple remotes, does not have 100% of the options of the Nova, so in several functions beyond the basic ones in this case you don't avoid the second handling device. The difference from a Full HD TV is clearly visible for the better of course. At 43 inches and €399, I think it will not leave anyone dissatisfied. If I have to find a flaw, it is the slightly user-unfriendly menu for someone unfamiliar or an older person. For someone who desires impeccable picture with satisfactory sound and quality construction at an affordable price, it is an excellent choice.

Am achiziționat un televizor de 43'' în ianuarie 2021. Pe partea pozitivă, are un meniu de navigare prietenos și rapid, fără întârzieri. Calitate medie spre bună a imaginii, dar cu un contrast slab al negrului.
Pe partea negativă, cu 1 lună înainte ca garanția să expire (2 ani), panoul s-a ars. Suportul a fost foarte rapid, deoarece panoul a fost înlocuit și unul nou a fost instalat. Cu toate acestea, după 1,5 ani, aceeași problemă a apărut din nou și de data aceasta nu mai este în garanție.

În general, în 3,5 ani, acest model specific a avut aceeași problemă de 2 ori. Nu l-aș recomanda, deoarece am citit de la alții că acest model specific are probleme cu panourile și LED-urile.
