Instructions for Use

  • The henna mixture should be prepared 6-12 hours before applying it to clean, dry hair.
  • Prepare the mixture according to the length of your hair.
  • You will need approximately 100 g of henna powder for short hair, 300 g for shoulder-length hair, and 500 g for very long hair.
  • Slowly pour lemon juice or water while stirring until a thick paste is formed.
  • Be sure to wear gloves, take a sufficient amount of paste with your hands, and start applying from the back of the head, gradually moving towards the top.
  • Ensure that the henna penetrates each strand by massaging with your fingers.
  • Once you have finished applying to all the hair, cover your head with plastic wrap or a bag.
  • The heat generated helps the henna to penetrate better.
  • Do not forget to immediately wipe the skin around your hair to avoid stains.
  • Wait 2-4 hours, depending on how intense you want the result to be.

    As someone who is allergic to hair dyes, I decided to try this one. Unfortunately, it does nothing to the hair. It just gives a very light color on the hair. In short, it does not cover the white hairs. For anyone who has a dark base and wants to maintain dark brown, it’s better to buy pure red henna, called lawsonia. It’s important that it says lawsonia! It turns the white hairs orange. First, apply this henna, and when you wash your hair, on wet hair, apply another henna called indigo. It should say only Indigo! This particular henna gives the black color. It sticks to the orange and turns it black. Simple and beautiful with results!!!! My hair has become very dark brown as if I dyed it with professional dye, and it shines incredibly. Unfortunately, in Greece not many people know about this process and we struggle. I read all this on foreign sites.
