It definitely requires three hands and takes a lot of time to dry. No relation to the instructions. The container is also terrible, made of fake plastic. Here, it applies that you get what you pay for. Stay away! It's better to buy a more well-known and slightly more expensive product (which, in reality, will end up being cheaper for you because it only requires two hands, not three, like this one) than this garbage that pretends to be chalk paint.
